EXPRESS, operated under PHOENIX Retail, LLC, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for its Fash Out of Niagara store in Niagara Falls, NY. Express is a leading multichannel fashion brand that empowers self-expression through modern, confident, and effortless style for everyday life, work, or special occasions.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting the retail store team with daily operational tasks such as merchandising, cleaning, restocking, and folding merchandise. The role is essential in maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting retail environment while ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the sales floor, fitting rooms, stock room, and checkout area

• Follow all company procedures and safety policies to protect associates and customers

• Support new product launches and store changes as per company standard operating procedures

• Engage customers through friendly interaction and deliver exceptional customer service

• Process transactions efficiently and with accuracy to reduce customer wait time

• Handle customer service issues promptly and escalate when necessary, while keeping store management informed

• Promote Express credit card and loyalty programs by explaining benefits and encouraging enrollment

• Assist in all other store activities as directed by the supervisor

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience: 0–2 years of relevant job experience (minimum of 6 months preferred)

• Proficiency in technology use (registers, iPad, etc.)

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours

• Ability to meet physical demands of the job

Critical Skills & Attributes:

• Prior retail experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
