Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent in-store shopping experience

  • Assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise

  • Maintain clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, stock room

  • Follow company safety policies and procedures

  • Assist with product launch changes per SOP

  • Process customer transactions quickly and accurately

  • Resolve customer service issues or escalate to management

  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Skills & Attributes:

  • Previous retail experience preferred

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to collaborate and work well in a team

  • Proficient with technology like iPads and registers

  • Must meet physical requirements and availability including nights, weekends, non-business hours
