OWKIN, an AI-powered biomedical research company, is seeking a Sales Associate Director to lead strategic engagements with large pharmaceutical accounts. The role is ideal for an experienced enterprise sales professional with a passion for cutting-edge science, AI, and healthcare innovation.

The Associate Director will manage the full sales cycle—from strategic prospecting through closing high-value, long-term contracts. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders in global pharma companies to align Owkin’s AI-native research platform with their R&D and digital innovation initiatives. Building deep multi-level relationships, you will identify internal champions, navigate complex pricing and contracting negotiations, and craft compelling scientific and commercial proposals that demonstrate ROI for customers.

Key responsibilities include shaping tailored sales strategies, coordinating with legal and finance for contract execution, and collaborating with internal technical and product teams to ensure successful delivery. You will also contribute to commercial strategy, sales team mentoring, and process improvements while maintaining up-to-date CRM records and forecasts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Successful track record in enterprise B2B sales (preferably in SaaS, AI, or biomedical platforms)

  • Experience with long, complex sales cycles in large, matrixed organizations

  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with biopharma R&D or translational science teams

  • Understanding of biomedical data, AI/ML applications in drug discovery

  • Background in biotech, life sciences, or digital health

  • Experience in high-growth environments and scaling commercial teams

Compensation & Benefits:
