Sales Business Development

 

Description:

We are seeking motivated, well-connected business development and sales professionals to join us in serving the themed entertainment design and fabrication segments of the industry. In this role, you’ll connect with vendors and themed professionals, facilitating them in showcasing their work, while unlocking new job or project opportunities. The Sales/Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting Themed Masters' services. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales presentations, and managing sales pipelines. The role will also involve training new clients on how to use the platform effectively.

 

  • Act as an advocate and partner within a close-knit industry.
  • Introduce vendors, design professionals, and studios to the platform.
  • Leverage your existing industry connections and contacts to drive sales.
  • Represent the platform professionally at local industry events and within your network.

 

Qualifications

  • Sales/business development background in themed entertainment, scenic fabrication,
  • attractions, or related industries.
  • Strong existing relationships with vendors, suppliers, or creatives.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and eager to represent an innovative new industry platform to the
  • themed entertainment community.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of the themed entertainment industry is required
