This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mesa, AZ, for a Sales Business Development professional. Responsibilities include identifying and generating potential leads, conducting market research to explore new business opportunities, fostering relationships with prospective clients, and delivering compelling presentations. The role also involves collaborating with the customer service team to ensure client needs are met and contributing to the growth and expansion of the organization’s programs and sponsorship base.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and engage prospective clients effectively
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and executing successful sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Market Research and the ability to analyze market trends and opportunities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain and strengthen client relationships
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data and develop insights for business growth
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the sports or event management industry is a plus
