We are an independent Insurance Agency (husband and wife team) looking for applicants who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and finally earn what they’re worth through duplicable and proven systems.

We came into this business with zero insurance experience. Before we started our agency, Chris had a background in Global Sales and Kristen has a background as a Registered Nurse and Elementary School Teacher. That unique experience, paired with our Agency’s unparalleled culture and guidance, technology, turn-key business model, and connections within the insurance industry ensure that our agents have the resources and support they need to achieve the results they desire.

About the position | Job Functions:

We walk you through every step of the way to become a non-captive Licensed Life Insurance Agent & Broker, contracted with the 30+ leading top-rated Insurance Carriers in the Nation. You will be reaching out only to people who have submitted a request for someone to help them with their insurance needs (no cold calling, prospecting, or soliciting). With our proprietary state of the art lead generation and training systems in place, you will have the opportunity to earn what you are willing to work for.

You will help clients protect their family, their legacy and their future through Mortgage Protection, Life Insurance, Final Expense Planning, and Retirement Planning while meeting with them virtually. You also have access to Advanced Market products like Indexed Universal Life Products (IUL’s), Fixed and Indexed Annuities, and a Debt-Free Life program that aims to get families out of debt in 9 years or less.

Work remotely from anywhere, part-time or full-time, set your own schedule, build your own Agency if that is your dream (definitely not required) and no limits on your income. No experience necessary.

Here’s what that looks like for an average agent in our Agency (@ an average policy written = $1,000 per policy which is actually low compared to the average policy amount actually sold in our agency)

• Part Time: 1-2 sales /week: $1,000 - $2,000 /wk ($52k - $104k /year)
• Average: 3-5 sales /week: $3,000 - $5,000 /wk ($156k - $260k /year)
• Above Average: 6-8 sales /week: $6,000 - $8,000+ /wk ($312k -$416k+ /year)

We have full time agents averaging 12-15 sales per week in our agency! 🔥

Qualifications:

• Must be a self-starter, a problem solver, and driven to succeed

• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients over the phone, Zoom, Crankwheel, etc.
• Have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check- no felonies or recent bankruptcies). *If you aren't licensed, we walk you step by step through the licensing process.
• Must be a US Citizen
