A growing residential developer and homebuilder is seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to support communities across the St. George area.

This is an opportunity to join a builder focused on thoughtfully designed communities, strong customer experience, and continued growth across the Utah market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide buyers through the new home sales process from initial inquiry through closing
  • Manage leads, appointments, and follow-up through CRM systems
  • Host open houses, community events, and model home tours
  • Coordinate with construction and internal teams throughout the customer journey
  • Build relationships with local agents and referral partners
  • Support community marketing and buyer engagement efforts

Ideal Background:

  • Active Real Estate License required
  • 2+ years of experience in new home sales, residential real estate, or builder sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Ability to understand floor plans, construction timelines, and the homebuilding process
