Perform diversified administrative tasks and special assignments in support of the Senior Vice President according to company and department procedures while exercising a high degree of discretion and initiative
Provide screening, fielding, and prioritizing of inbound communications via telephone, mail and e-mail to resolve critical issues in a timely manner
Interact in a professional manner with senior executives internally
Work autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with interested parties
Create spreadsheets and graphs and PowerPoint presentations as needed
Prepare and manage all sales performance tracking, which includes stack ranking, recognition, and awards
Demonstrate a proven ability to analyze data, research information, problem-solve and coordinate projects
Manage the calendar and project management for department training and cross-functional meetings
Coordinate detailed travel arrangements, as well as meeting and event planning
Participate in team meetings/events by capturing notes & ensuring follow up on active items
Enter and review travel & expense submissions
All other duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
2-4 years business experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferred
