Position Description As a Sales Customer Service Rep – Individual Medicare Sales, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective members to offer sales kits for the upcoming year. You will follow a call script with 100% accuracy, leaving clear voicemail messages when calls are not answered.

In addition to conducting outbound calls, you will handle incoming calls from people wanting to RSVP for an upcoming sales meeting, documenting as instructed in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Starting on October 15th, you will shift to handling enrollment calls by phone.

  • Enroll prospective members in our Medicare plans utilizing a call script and entering data into fillable PDF enrollment forms. All details must be read in the order assigned to meet regulatory requirements.

Must be able to read clearly and document responses accurately.

  • Take RSVPs for sales meeting, documenting in Microsoft Dynamics 365 as instructed.
  • Call prospective members to offer kits for the upcoming year following a call script, ensuring that we have correct mailing addresses on file for those who are interested and leaving clear voice mail messages when calls are not answered.
