Sales Development Representative

 

Description:

As Sales Development Representative, you will research and identify potential clients whilst working to understand their business needs. This will involve engaging with prospects via cold calling, emails and social media. You will qualify leads, consulting with the sales team to schedule meetings or presentations. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will help to develop and refine lead generation strategies, whilst also keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
