VTS is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join their Sales Development team, which serves as the front line of the company’s growth engine. This role is not a typical entry-level sales job; instead, it is a career-launching opportunity in tech sales where successful SDRs will shape the future of how commercial real estate operates.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
Use AI-powered, data-driven workflows to identify and engage potential clients at scale.
Receive training in world-class SaaS sales strategies and commercial real estate (CRE) fluency.
Leverage modern prospecting tools to automate busywork and focus on meaningful engagements.
Collaborate closely with account executives (AEs), marketing teams, and leadership to grow the pipeline.
Form connections with senior decision-makers, brokers, and asset managers at major CRE firms.
Contribute to a scaling team where your voice and impact matter daily.

Compensation Structure:
Base salary: $60,000 - $65,000/year
On-target earnings (OTE): $80,000 - $85,000/year based on performance
