Description:
Lima One Capital is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its dynamic sales team in Boise, Idaho. This role serves as an entry point into a sales career within real estate lending, focusing on generating leads, qualifying borrowers, and setting meetings for Senior Loan Officers. SDRs play an integral role in the loan origination process and gain hands-on experience in pipeline management, sales strategy, and relationship building with a clear pathway to advancement into a Loan Officer position.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting by contacting existing accounts and leads through CRM systems.
Manage and qualify inbound leads from various lead sources.
Schedule meetings with qualified borrowers or directly transfer calls to Loan Officers when available.
Follow up on new leads, including those generated from conferences and networking events.
Competitive mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Real estate or lending knowledge is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of three years of relevant sales experience.
Strong communication skills to engage effectively with potential borrowers.
Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Eagerness to grow within the organization and progress into a Loan Officer role.
Base Salary & Commission Potential: Base salary with the opportunity to transition into an uncapped, commission-driven compensation plan upon promotion.
