As a key member of the executive team, the Sales Director will not just manage sales operations but will architect an entirely new, scalable sales strategy tailored for global outreach. Key Responsibilities:
Completely redesign and own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing deals.
Develop and implement a scalable, data-driven global sales process.
Establish and manage performance dashboards and KPIs to enable smart decision-making.
Foster close collaboration with marketing, product, and leadership to align goals and optimize strategy.
Leverage remote-first practices to build a high-performing, distributed sales team.
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in leading and scaling tech sales teams with tangible growth outcomes.
Extensive experience in building and executing comprehensive sales processes and playbooks from scratch.
Strong leadership capabilities with a history of mentoring and developing top-tier sales professionals.
Deep knowledge of CRM platforms, sales analytics, performance monitoring, and reporting.
