PriceSenz is seeking a highly accomplished and visionary Sales Director to spearhead the growth and strategic expansion of its client's cutting-edge Telecom SaaS platform across the USA and Canada. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced sales professional to work at the forefront of telecom innovation and digital transformation.
As a Sales Director, you will not only drive strategic sales efforts but also shape market presence, build deep relationships at the C-suite/VP level, and contribute directly to the expansion of a revolutionary platform that is redefining the Telco industry.
Lead Telco SaaS Sales Engagements: Own and manage medium to large telecom accounts across USA and Canada, with responsibility for achieving sales KPIs, including pipeline creation, progression, and deal closure.
Sales Strategy & Planning: Define, steer, and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with business growth goals and market share expansion in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers including C-level executives in both new and existing accounts.
Sales Process Excellence: Implement and drive structured sales processes and methodologies, focusing on opportunity validation, pursuit strategies, and closure mechanisms with consistent sales cadence.
Value-Based Selling: Articulate compelling value propositions and business outcomes to Telco clients, and develop business cases that resonate with executive leadership.
Market Thought Leadership: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer forums to showcase expertise in BSS, customer experience, and Telco SaaS platforms.
Revenue Growth: Demonstrate a strong track record of closing high-value B2B SaaS deals ranging between $8M–$15M ARR, delivering 2x revenue growth in early-phase engagements.
Partnerships & Alliances: Leverage strategic alliances, channels, and advisory networks to boost client reach and accelerate growth.
Minimum 15 years of sales experience in the Telco SaaS software industry, with significant exposure to Tier 1 telecom operators in North America
Strong consultative/solution selling background in BSS (Business Support Systems) and Customer Experience (CX) platforms
Proven ability to create and lead high-value engagements involving long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, and complex stakeholder environments
A strong personal network of C-level executives in the telecom sector
Demonstrated capability to quantify value propositions and communicate return on investment clearly and persuasively
Experience participating and presenting at industry conferences, trade shows, and forums
Proficiency in managing sales performance through metrics, data insights, and forecasting
Highly entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, across time zones, and in fast-changing environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Sales Coverage: USA & Canada (specific territories/accounts assigned based on priority)
