Responsibility:
- Develop and implement key account qualification criteriaInfluence control valve specifications and buying behaviors at Key Accounts
- Introduce and drive adoption of products/technology at Key Accounts
- Identify and lead technology and business partnership opportunities at Key Accounts
- Align Flow Controls initiatives with customer initiatives to maximize value
- Implement processes to track, document and communicate successes across customer sites
- Develop structure and process to regularly update the business on Key Account activity and business needs to grow the accounts
- Global Project Pursuit Leadership
- Work across all world areas and Global Industry Sales to track and segment all major capital projects, project pursuits $2M dollars and larger
- Provide quarterly updates to the executive management team on major capital projects dynamics and impact to the busines
- Work with World Area project pursuit leaders to align SOP and timing of project bookings
- Develop project pursuits strategies and alignment across all World Areas to increase hit rate on strategic pursuits
- Participate in all major capital projects preparations with the World Area sales teams and project pursuit leaders
- Identify training needs to increase Fisher differentiation on projects, and implement plans to upskill the sales channel
- You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations.
- You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- You leverage each team member’s unique background to achieve team goals.
- You set aggressive goals and have high standards.
- Degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of technical experience and/or account management
- Minimum of 1 year People leadership experience
- Global work experience
- 15+ years of technical experience and/or account management
- Previous work experience in global sales
- Previous work experience in the Power or OEM markets
