Description:

This position is to join our Healthcare Staffing division, as a Business Development leader with full onboarding & training provided in-house based remotely or in our Austin, TX hub.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Healthcare staffing solutions such as Travel, Perm, Rapid Response and Retained Search
• Expert level pain point selling
• Ability to interact positively with clients, internal staff, and Company business partners
• Excel in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environments
• Self-motivated with the ability to drive personal strategy and pivot according market fluctuations
• Accept personal responsibility for producing results, individually and as a team
• Action oriented, results driven, able to accomplish project objectives to meet or exceed expectations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' of sales leadership experience
