Description:

Samsara, a pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud (NYSE: IOT), is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager – Onboarding to enhance and expand its global sales onboarding and ramping programs. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven professional passionate about developing high-impact learning programs and improving the effectiveness of large-scale sales teams.

The Sales Enablement Program Manager will play a key role in designing, facilitating, and continuously improving onboarding and ramping programs that equip new hires for success within their first three quarters. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to drive learning effectiveness, engagement, and operational efficiency across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding and ramping programs for new sales hires, ensuring measurable productivity improvements.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Enablement leadership to align learning strategies with business objectives.

  • Create, audit, and maintain engaging training materials and virtual learning experiences, ensuring relevance and alignment with product and process updates.

  • Use data analytics to measure learning outcomes, identify skill gaps, and implement targeted improvements.

  • Lead cross-functional projects, driving collaboration between Sales, Operations, and Product teams.

  • Implement modern learning methodologies and innovative AI tools to optimize content delivery and learner engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training, enablement, or program management, ideally within high-growth, technology-driven environments.

  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging live and virtual sessions for medium to large audiences.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

  • Demonstrated success in curriculum design and implementation of learning strategies.

  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance educational experiences.

  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively across distributed teams.

  • Preferred: Multilingual abilities (Spanish or French), and background in sales or operations.
