Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth by selling our comprehensive audit and compliance software platform to key stakeholders in the low income housing sector. This role requires deep industry knowledge and the ability to build relationships with property owners, property managers, and housing authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Growth: Actively prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities within the low income housing sector
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, property managers, and housing authorities
  • Solution Selling: Present and demonstrate HousingComply's AI-powered compliance platform to potential clients
  • Market Development: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate the low income housing compliance market
  • Client Consultation: Understand client compliance challenges and position our software as the optimal solution
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle
  • Industry Representation: Represent HousingComply at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the low income housing landscape, including regulations, compliance requirements, and operational challenges
  • Housing Authority Experience: Proven familiarity and experience working with housing authorities and their procurement processes
  • Sales Track Record: Minimum 3-5 years of successful B2B software sales experience, preferably in PropTech, RegTech, or related industries
  • Relationship Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Communication: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, and demonstrating software solutions
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant industry experience may substitute

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with compliance software, audit tools, or regulatory technology
  • Knowledge of HUD regulations, LIHTC programs, and affordable housing compliance requirements
  • Existing network within the low income housing industry
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered software solutions
  • Previous success in consultative or solution-based selling

Compensation Package

Total Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000

  • Base Salary: Competitive base salary component
