Description:

Agora, the global leader in video, voice, and live interactive streaming platforms, is hiring a remote Account Executive – Sales to help drive adoption of its real-time engagement technology. As part of a high-performing team, you will play a critical role in building strong client relationships and expanding the adoption of Agora’s SDKs and APIs that power billions of minutes of voice and video communication each month.

You’ll report to the VP of Sales and help shape go-to-market strategies, drive revenue growth, and help customers bring engaging experiences to life.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage prospective customers through calls, emails, meetings, and social platforms

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans with executive leadership to target key verticals and market segments

  • Maintain and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records (Salesforce)

  • Lead pre- and post-sales efforts, offering end-to-end account management and client engagement

  • Present product demonstrations and proposals tailored to customer needs

  • Collect and communicate market feedback on product features, pricing, and positioning

  • Close new deals and expand customer accounts through negotiation and relationship management


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of direct B2B sales experience in SaaS, voice/video, VoIP, chat, cloud communication, or related technologies

  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals

  • Strong experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Apptopia, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

  • Excellent communication skills with a compelling presence in front of clients

  • Deep analytical thinking, forecasting accuracy, and goal-setting discipline

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred (not required)

  • Ability to travel up to 30% when needed

  • Passion for startups and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $120,000 annually ($10000 per month)

  • Incentives: Commission-based earnings (uncapped potential)
