Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join their Employee Health and Benefits practice. The role involves prospecting new sales leads, achieving sales goals, and servicing existing accounts. The Sales Executive acts as an extension of a company's Human Resources team, evaluating culture, risks, and benefit plan design to identify opportunities to improve employee health, costs, and value.
The successful candidate will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and development opportunities, working alongside driven and passionate sales professionals. MMA emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and excellence, ensuring that every team member contributes meaningfully to client success and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new opportunities through networking, prospecting, face-to-face meetings, presentations, and association events.
Organize and execute multi-faceted sales plans to effectively engage prospects.
Participate in collaborative training programs to become an expert in minimizing client risk and driving business improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues and analysts to create solutions that move prospects through the sales process.
Drive revenue growth by leveraging business acumen and training.
Stay up-to-date on employee benefits landscape, providing clients with compliance guidance and support.
Partner with Client Relations teams to ensure consistent client communication and service.
