Our Dealer and Commercial Services Representatives are energetic, reliable, and professional self-starters who provide an exceptional customer/brand/dealer experience. Our Business to Business (B2B) representatives partner with our brands and businesses to assist with technical issues at POS, password resets and reactivations, and general program inquiries and settlement issues. They will assist with Dealer Enrollment training for both CBC (Comenity Business Center) and Non-CBC businesses. These associates will also navigate small business applications to service and resolve inquiries from our small business/commercial account holders. These associates must have technical aptitudes and possess patience as they support our brands in quickly resolving issues to promote increased credit sales with world-class customer/business care. In addition, these representatives assist with fielding inbound phone calls in addition to communicating via email with both internal and external partners to resolve dealer & Business inquiries. As a critical and essential part of the job, representatives must be capable of making appropriate business decisions with little micromanaging while adhering to all regulatory procedures. In an effort to create loyal relationships, we must display enthusiasm and dedication with every inquiry that enters our division.

Essential Job Functions
Documentation and Technology- Update and document account information and records, identify, resolve and escalate concerns in a timely manner, and respond to/redirect calls/issues as appropriate. Navigate Salesforce, Dealer Portal, Corserv, and TCS systems to resolve small business and dealer concerns.
Customer Experience- Identify and escalate referrals to internal teams in a timely manner. Provide world-class customer/business care by displaying empathy, patience, and understanding for the customer. In an effort to create loyal customer and store relationships, display enthusiasm, dedication, and true care to each customer and inquiry. Complete remediation requests from Client Partnerships and/or BSA, when necessary. Interact with the Brands, Client Partnerships, Compliance/BSA, Credit Risk, Accounting, Global Support, and several others areas within the business to effectively resolve escalated concerns. Utilizes critical thinking skills to help analyze business issues, collaborate to resolve problems, is strategic, and gains consensus on the best solution .
