Sales Growth Partner

TruShine Services is expanding into the Georgia market, and we are hiring a Sales Growth Partner to help launch and grow this territory. This role combines sales, business development, and early operational support to establish our presence and build long-term client relationships.

TruShine provides essential fire-prevention and kitchen maintenance services to restaurants, hotels, stadiums, and food-service operators, including hood cleaning, NFPA 96 compliance, fryer oil filtration and recycling, commercial kitchen cleaning, and hospitality facility maintenance.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Prospect, engage, and close new B2B accounts across the Jacksonville region
  • Conduct on-site walkthroughs inside commercial kitchens to gather job details
  • Produce accurate quotes for hood cleaning, fryer filtration, and cleaning services
  • Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity through GoHighLevel CRM
  • Work directly with operations to onboard new clients and support early service delivery
  • Build relationships with restaurant owners, facility managers, and regional operators
  • Represent the TruShine brand with professionalism, strong communication, and urgency
