LOFT, a brand known for modern, feminine, and versatile clothing, is hiring a Part-Time Sales Lead for its Santa Anita store in Arcadia, CA. As a key team member, the Sales Lead is responsible for delivering personalized customer service and providing operational and team support. This role includes assisting store leaders with onboarding and developing associates, modeling positive customer engagement, and stepping into managerial responsibilities when needed.

You’ll serve as a brand ambassador, lead by example in delivering exceptional service, and ensure visual and operational excellence. You will coach and support team members, use tools to drive performance, and help create an inclusive and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the brand and provide a personalized customer experience

• Coach and guide associates in real-time

• Support store operations and uphold visual merchandising standards

• Step in as manager when necessary

• Use technology and tools to support omnichannel shopping and store initiatives

• Assist in team onboarding, scheduling, and leadership tasks
