As a Sales Lead at the Cape Girardeau, MO store, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, supporting store operations, and guiding your team to meet and exceed performance goals.

The Sales Lead will partner closely with the Store Manager and leadership to ensure the store runs efficiently while providing an inspiring and personalized shopping experience for customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and enhance their shopping experience.

  • Share product knowledge and styling tips to inspire customer confidence and satisfaction.

  • Drive associate performance using the company’s selling model and coaching strategies.

  • Collaborate with store leaders to implement daily operational action plans effectively.

  • Motivate team members to reach their highest potential and recognize opportunities for improvement.

  • Evaluate staffing schedules to optimize productivity and ensure fair workload distribution.

  • Deliver daily updates and delegate responsibilities to maintain focus and efficiency.

  • Assist in training and onboarding new associates when required.

  • Adhere to brand guidelines, store policies, operational procedures, and asset protection protocols.


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of retail experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for styling and fashion

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English

  • Comfortable using retail technology and point-of-sale systems
