As the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and support the sales team in achieving the company's annual sales targets, gross profit, and EBITDA goals. You will need to have proven managerial experience, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of success in sales. Additionally, your duties will include designing strategic sales plans, assessing costs and margins, expanding the company's market presence, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

To Excel In This Role, You Should Possess

  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry would be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills are necessary to effectively manage and develop your sales team.
