Description:
As our Sales Manager, you will develop strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth to new heights. Manage our Las Vegas sales team and continue to build the team as we strategically expand in Las Vegas and other Southwest markets. Coach and mentor your sales team while building and maintaining customer relationships. With a strong Las Vegas production team, your sales growth will be effectively supported. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you will be actively involved in sales activities while building, managing, and training your dynamic sales team focused on the entertainment and hospitality industry.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in a robust Las Vegas entertainment market and expand Southwest markets.
- Hire, train, motivate and develop salespeople to succeed in onsite customer “person to person” sales.
- Mentor and coach team members by customizing goals for individual reps that tap into their strengths.
- Drive sales growth by helping the sales team identify robust opportunities on the Las Vegas strip.
- Review and monitor performance progress and targets on a consistent basis.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service, relationship building, and effective product solutions.
- Forecast revenue in an accurate, meaningful, and transparent way.
SUCCESS FACTORS:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, beverage, casino or promotional product industries.
- On-premises face-to-face sales experience is beneficial to your success.
- Able and eager to travel to Southwest markets once the Las Vegas territory is further established.
- Dynamic, results-minded leader who will aggressively drive new business efforts.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer management, and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, make strategic decisions, and meet sales targets.
- Technology proficiency with CRM software.
