Description:

Deutsche Bank is seeking an experienced Institutional Cash Trade Sales Manager for North America to join its Institutional Cash & Trade Finance (ICT) team. This role focuses on delivering market-leading cash management and trade finance services to financial institutions across North America. The Vice President will manage a defined portfolio of clients, grow revenues, and support KYC and credit deliverables. The position offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, building senior relationships, executing sales strategies, and collaborating across various banking departments to enhance Deutsche Bank’s market presence and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of ICT clients, maintaining and growing cash management and trade finance revenue streams

  • Identify key prospects and promote Deutsche Bank’s cash management (EUR, USD, Multicurrency, FX) and trade finance solutions (Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Trade Loans)

  • Formulate and implement regional business strategies to meet sales targets

  • Build senior client relationships and enhance Deutsche Bank’s profile in North America

  • Complete KYC/AML reviews and escalate non-financial risks

  • Coordinate with Corporate Finance, Global Markets, Anti-Financial Crime, and Credit Risk Management to facilitate cross-selling and risk mitigation

  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and an innovative mindset

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Extensive experience in correspondent banking, cash and liquidity management, trade finance, and credit

  • Strong relationship management and sales skills

  • Willingness to manage client credit and AML responsibilities

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills

  • Salary: $140000 - $217000 per year (excluding incentive compensation or other remuneration)
