Description:

Neiman Marcus Group is seeking a Restaurant Bartender / Barista for its Bal Harbour location.
This position focuses on providing exceptional customer service within Neiman Marcus restaurants by maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
The role is on-site, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve and interact with customers in a professional and welcoming manner.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of food preparation, ingredients, and culinary terminology.

• Support bar operations through accurate use of POS/ticket systems.

• Utilize expertise in beer, wine, and spirits service and technical procedures.

• Follow all accounting and transaction procedures, including authorized payment methods.

• Clean and maintain restaurant and workstation areas (pre-shift, post-shift, and daily duties).

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to carry up to 35 pounds.

• Flexible work schedule availability.
