Seeking a Global Services Sales Operations Business Partner to work directly with Blue Yonder’s global Services Sales leader to identify, prioritize, and lead key projects and initiatives. As a trusted partner to our Services Sales team, you will develop a deep understanding of business opportunities and challenges and collaborate with internal stakeholder teams in order to execute and deliver results that maximize business impact and improve the overall efficiency and execution of the global Services Sales organization.

What You’ll Do
 

  • Be a trusted advisor and consultant to the Services Sales Leadership Team by understanding global business and operational needs. You will be responsible for consolidating insights and recommendations to influence strategic plans while ensuring alignment across all regions.
  • Create and lead operational cadence for the Services Sales leaders including forecast reviews, pipeline development, and pipeline hygiene.
  • Create consistent forecast dashboard across all regions and work with BI team on creation of dashboards to run and inspect the business (I.e., margins, attach with software, quota carrier contribution etc.)
  • Act as the business owner and SME for the Services Sales SFDC Solution (Deal Designer)
  • Execute on prioritized projects and initiatives for the global Sales leaders by identifying opportunities for high business impact; documenting business requirements and current state operational processes; validating and refining potential solutions through data analysis and stakeholder feedback; and delivering on the appropriate course of action.
  • Utilize deep sales operations expertise to partner on key focus areas such as Go-To-Market, business and sales planning, territory and coverage optimization, demand management, pipeline and forecasting, and performance management.
  • Create territory models to analyze and provide coverage improvement recommendations.
  • Lead collaborative, cross-functional projects and project teams with the broader Commercial Excellence leadership team to negotiate stakeholder buy-in, keep initiatives on track, and report on status to leadership. Accountable to ensure deadlines and quality of deliverables meet/exceed expectations.
  • Lead in the development and design of services sales supporting processes to align to business needs as well as to services sales operations process standards; champion the adoption and roll-out of services sales enablement activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to prioritize technology requests from the Services Sales organization and drive successful adoption of existing and new tools.
  • Influence and partner with the wider global Sales Operations team by sharing feedback, requirements, and best practices to ensure efficient operation of the Sales organization.
  • Active role in facilitating the rollout of our global sales process to Services teams as well as helping to drive the improvement and enhancement of the process in subsequent iterations.
  • Reinforcing sales and services methodology with the teams
     

What We're Looking For
 

  • Highly self-motivated independent worker and thinker. We want someone who takes initiative.
  • 5 plus years’ experience working in a Services Sales Operations role preferably in Enterprise Software, SaaS, or Technology.
  • Familiarity with sales technologies (i.e., Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or another relevant field.
  • Expert understanding of all operations processes, corporate change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Excellent relationship building skills. Able to be firm, but fair, and receptive to feedback.
  • Asserts own ideas and persuades others, gaining support and commitment and mobilizing people to act while remaining collaborative and open to feedback.
  • Works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs.
