We are actively seeking a skilled and analytically driven Sales Operations Analyst II to join a high-profile Reality Labs team within a cutting-edge, fast-paced technology environment in New York City (onsite role). This 12+ month contract position, with high potential for extension, is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong project management, data analysis, and business operations experience.

The Sales Operations Analyst II will play a critical role in monitoring and analyzing sales performance, supporting go-to-market strategy for new product launches, improving internal business processes, and facilitating clear communication across sales, marketing, and cross-functional departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured yet dynamic setting and brings a blend of technical proficiency and strategic thinking to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and track key sales performance metrics; deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights.

  • Manage execution of new product launch activities, ensuring all teams are aligned with key milestones.

  • Develop and lead business process improvement initiatives including documentation and change management strategies.

  • Maintain consistent and clear communication between business units and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial transactions; report variances in a timely manner.

Performance Metrics:

  • Timeliness and accuracy of reports and deliverables

  • Depth and quality of analysis provided

  • Clarity and consistency in communication

  • Punctual completion of assigned tasks

  • Positive feedback from peers and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in sales operations, business analytics, or project management

  • Proven project management skills; capable of handling multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides

  • Strong analytical skills; capable of interpreting data trends and business metrics

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in ecommerce or consumer technology industries

  • Direct experience managing product launches

  • Familiarity with sales reporting tools and budgeting frameworks

  • Knowledge of account-level data analytics

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or related field – Required
