We are actively seeking a skilled and analytically driven Sales Operations Analyst II to join a high-profile Reality Labs team within a cutting-edge, fast-paced technology environment in New York City (onsite role). This 12+ month contract position, with high potential for extension, is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong project management, data analysis, and business operations experience.
The Sales Operations Analyst II will play a critical role in monitoring and analyzing sales performance, supporting go-to-market strategy for new product launches, improving internal business processes, and facilitating clear communication across sales, marketing, and cross-functional departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured yet dynamic setting and brings a blend of technical proficiency and strategic thinking to the table.
Analyze and track key sales performance metrics; deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights.
Manage execution of new product launch activities, ensuring all teams are aligned with key milestones.
Develop and lead business process improvement initiatives including documentation and change management strategies.
Maintain consistent and clear communication between business units and cross-functional stakeholders.
Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial transactions; report variances in a timely manner.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in sales operations, business analytics, or project management
Proven project management skills; capable of handling multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
Proficient with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Strong analytical skills; capable of interpreting data trends and business metrics
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and financial tracking
Background in ecommerce or consumer technology industries
Direct experience managing product launches
Familiarity with sales reporting tools and budgeting frameworks
Knowledge of account-level data analytics
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or related field – Required
Exceptional communication (both written and verbal)
Strong time-management and independent work capabilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Collaborative team mindset with cross-functional coordination skills
