Acme Dock Specialists, a leader in loading dock, door, and safety products since 1959 and a top distributor for Rite-Hite since 1978, is hiring a New Construction Sales Professional. The role is part of an outside sales team operating within protected territories and focused on building relationships and business with architects, developers, and general contractors. The primary objective is to expand new construction sales by prospecting new opportunities and introducing innovative products to market.

The successful candidate will hold a 4-year degree and have at least 3 years of proven experience in outside sales, preferably in an industrial or commercial context. Experience in working with commercial general contractors is advantageous. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build productive business relationships, a good mechanical aptitude, and a comprehensive understanding of the Omaha area’s commercial landscape. Proficiency in project management and business planning is also required.
