Sales Regional Vice-president

Description:

IST Management is actively recruiting senior-level sales talent for their national Facilities Management sales team. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, particularly selling mail, copy, and records management services to law firms and other organizations. This position is ideal for candidates with an established book of business and strong client relationships in the facilities management arena. Eligible Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) receive equity shares in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts in the facilities management sector

• Attend industry networking events to grow business relationships and sales pipeline

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships

• Collaborate with operations managers, national directors, and support teams to ensure streamlined service delivery to clients

• Achieve sales targets and maximize commission earnings with uncapped commissions of up to 13%

Qualifications:

• Proven track record with at least 10 years of successful sales experience in facilities management services

• Diploma or GED equivalent required

• Legal authorization to work in the United States

• Strong business relationship-building skills that generate new and repeat business

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with persuasive sales capabilities

• Familiarity with legal sector sales is highly desirable

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range: $80,000 to $300,000+ annually

• Up to 13% uncapped commission on sales

• Equity shares awarded to qualifying RVPs
