Sales Regional Vice-president

Description:

IST Management is actively hiring senior sales executives for Regional Vice President roles on their national Facilities Management sales team. The role focuses on discovering and closing new prospects within facilities management services, particularly targeting industries such as law firms with services like mail, copy, and records management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new facilities management business and grow existing accounts.

• Participate in industry networking events to expand business relationships.

• Respond to client requests and maintain strong client relationships.

• Collaborate with internal operations managers and support teams to streamline client services.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven track record of selling Facilities Management services for at least 10 years, especially in the legal arena.

• Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Skilled in building business relationships that lead to new and repeat business.

• Strong persuasive communication and presentation skills.

• Motivated by earnings potential and commission-based incentives.
