Sales Representative

Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative acts as a key customer contact at the branch level, responsible for quoting, selling, and fulfilling equipment rental orders and related services. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process rental quotations, reservations, and contracts

• Establish new rental and sales accounts by serving walk-in and call-in customers

• Negotiate rental prices and contractor supplies in line with pricing policies

• Dispatch delivery trucks and manage delivery expectations with customers

• Generate and communicate leads to Outside Sales Representatives

• Warm call lost or dormant accounts to retain business

• Maintain showroom cleanliness and merchandise stock

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

• Exceptional relationship-building and customer service skills

• Strong multitasking ability in a dynamic environment

• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

• This is a safety-sensitive position under company policies
