🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer relationships in the residential and C&I energy storage sectors.
- Achieve or exceed $1–$2 million in annual sales revenue.
- Manage sales pipeline, customer proposals, and closing processes.
- Support channel partners with product knowledge, pricing, and solution designs.
- Attend regional and national tradeshows, demos, and site visits as needed.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams for customized solutions.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in HESS and/or C&I battery storage.
- Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area prefferd
- Comfortable with a hybrid schedule: 2–3 days/week in office or fully remote with regular travel.
- Bachelor’s degree (required); technical or business focus preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to generate $1–2 million+ in annual sales.
- Familiarity with lithium-ion battery systems, microgrids, or solar + storage projects.
- Strong communication, CRM, and negotiation skills.
