🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer relationships in the residential and C&I energy storage sectors.
  • Achieve or exceed $1–$2 million in annual sales revenue.
  • Manage sales pipeline, customer proposals, and closing processes.
  • Support channel partners with product knowledge, pricing, and solution designs.
  • Attend regional and national tradeshows, demos, and site visits as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams for customized solutions.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.

 

✅ Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in HESS and/or C&I battery storage.
  • Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) area prefferd
  • Comfortable with a hybrid schedule: 2–3 days/week in office or fully remote with regular travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree (required); technical or business focus preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate $1–2 million+ in annual sales.
  • Familiarity with lithium-ion battery systems, microgrids, or solar + storage projects.
  • Strong communication, CRM, and negotiation skills.
