Regional Finance is seeking a customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, provide personalized financial solutions, and contribute to the company’s mission of helping customers during challenging financial times. The role centers on delivering exceptional service, processing credit applications, managing cash operations, and supporting branch growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

• Process credit loan applications and present appropriate loan solutions

• Maintain accurate and secure office cash

• Increase account volume through customer outreach and solicitations

• Minimize delinquency by contacting and collecting on past-due accounts

• Receive, record, and post payments and fees accurately and in compliance with company policies

• Transport deposits and funds to/from the bank

• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior customer service experience in sales, retail, or cash-handling

• Ability to pass drug screen, criminal background check, and credit check

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance

Additional Requirements:

• Office-based role providing consumer loan products

• Work hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; some Saturdays required
