The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing client communications, driving sales performance, delivering training to the sales team, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role is vital to building lasting customer relationships and achieving strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with clients and prospective customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Execute daily sales activities to meet or exceed assigned targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries or issues efficiently.
Train and mentor team members in sales techniques, tools, and product knowledge.
Manage and oversee the sales process, from lead generation through closing deals.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and team performance.
