Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data across all Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, etc.).
  • Manage and resolve Salesforce support tickets, tasks, and incidents, acting as the primary point of contact for user issues and requests
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or Salesforce support as needed
  • Oversee user and license management, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
  • Monitor and manage data imports, exports, de-duplication, and cleansing processes.
  • Develop and enforce data quality standards, naming conventions, and validation rules.
  • Build and manage reports and dashboards for various departments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and ensure Salesforce aligns with business processes.
  • Perform regular audits and identify areas for process improvement or automation.
  • Support Salesforce system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements as needed.
  • Document procedures, workflows, and system configurations.
     

Qualifications

REQUIRED:
 

  • Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; additional certifications a plus.
     

Skills
 

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and security models.
  • Proficient in data manipulation tools (e.g., Data Loader, Excel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Process Builder, Flow, and reporting tools.
