Description:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the CRM platform. This role involves close collaboration with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions. You will be responsible for Salesforce integrations, system maintenance, and ongoing enhancements, as well as troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support and training to end-users.
What You Will Do:
- Design and develop solutions using Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
- Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with other systems.
- Perform regular system maintenance and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Write and review technical documentation and perform code reviews
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines
What You Will Need to be Succesful:
- US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts.
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience or knowledge working with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, etc.
- Salesforce CPQ experience
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Gearset and GitHub experience
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Articulate significant technical gaps between client current state versus desired future state
- Translate functional documentation of client business requirements and translate into technical requirements
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
