Quantum World Technologies Inc. is hiring a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud for a remote position based in the United States. This is a contract-to-hire or full-time opportunity, ideal for candidates passionate about healthcare technology solutions and cloud-based architecture.

The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that align with healthcare industry requirements and best practices. This role involves direct collaboration with stakeholders such as healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams to gather business requirements, develop technical architectures, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud in compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.

• Customize Salesforce Health Cloud to meet organizational needs by creating custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and automation tools.

• Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare systems such as EHRs, billing systems, and telehealth platforms.

• Define data models, data mapping, transformation logic, and ensure data integrity and security across platforms.

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions.

• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and industry trends to drive innovation and process optimization.

• Provide architectural guidance and collaborate with developers, administrators, and QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

• Proactively recommend system enhancements and improvements to optimize business processes and user experiences.

Must-Have Skills:

• Salesforce Service Cloud

• Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Salesforce Health Cloud

• Hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, JavaScript, Salesforce OOB Security, and OOPs concepts

• Familiarity with Salesforce Governor Limits, unit testing, and technical architecture principles

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working within healthcare organizations

• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and regulatory compliance

• Experience integrating with third-party healthcare tools and platforms
