Description:
Slalom is seeking a senior industry leader to lead its Salesforce Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality (TTH) practice. This role is responsible for defining and executing the overall vision, strategy, and client offerings for TTH, which includes airlines, airports, hotels, cruise lines, car rental, logistics, and broader travel and mobility services. The leader will manage sales, consulting, delivery quality, recruiting, and all operational aspects of the practice while building high-performing teams and providing industry-specific Salesforce expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive growth of the Salesforce TTH practice through business development, talent management, delivery oversight, and thought leadership.
Maximize team performance through effective collaboration, productivity, and job satisfaction.
Manage engagement risks, project economics, deliverables, and executive client buy-in.
Ensure the practice achieves utilization and revenue targets.
Identify, create, execute, and scale Salesforce offerings for TTH to drive revenue and pipeline growth.
Provide governance and oversight of all sold and managed Salesforce TTH projects.
Drive business development with proper tools, information, and subject matter expertise.
Build relationships with local market teams, global markets, Salesforce executives, and client stakeholders.
Develop TTH customer case studies and industry-specific content, including market trends and sales enablement assets.
Collaborate with peer industry leaders to scale opportunities, grow teams, and support markets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
5–10 years of TTH services expertise and consulting team leadership experience.
Knowledge of Salesforce TTH sales or delivery accelerators.
Strong relationships with Salesforce and/or TTH clients.
Proven ability to align teams toward common goals and lead complex technology solution sales.
Experience in coaching and mentoring in a sales leadership capacity.
Strong negotiation, collaboration, and team-building skills.
Budget and project management experience.
Excellent verbal, written communication, and business operation skills.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
