Description:


This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in Knoxville, TN. The primary responsibilities include generating new leads, engaging potential clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales. The Salesperson will work to meet sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide tailored solutions to meet client insurance needs. Additional duties include following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with team members, and staying updated on industry trends and product offerings.

Product training begins in February 2026 with opening target March 2026.

Qualifications
 

  • Tennessee Property and Casualty license required.
  • Proven sales skills, including lead generation, client outreach, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
  • Organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is preferred
  • Self-motivation, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a competitive and results-driven environment
