In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-performing technology solutions that streamline human resource management workflows and empower organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities
 

• Design, build, test, and deploy complex SAP ABAP HR programs and RICEFW functional objects.
• Develop modern integrations using SAP OData Services, SAP Gateway, and REST/SOAP Web APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing interfaces, custom reports, workflows, and integrations (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs).
• Translate functional requirements into deep technical design specifications and lead peer code reviews to maintain code quality.
   

Qualifications

11+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development with deep emphasis on the SAP HR/HCM modules.

Proven expertise in RICEFW development, API integrations, and SAP Gateway web services.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
