Position Summary:
The SAP Delivery Head in North America will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation programs and digital innovation initiatives for SAP clients. This role is pivotal in driving customer experience reinvention, operational excellence, and strategic value through technology. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned practitioner with deep expertise in SAP and a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of SAP transformation programs across North America.
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and exceptional service quality.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives focused on customer experience, leveraging SAP S/4HANA, RPA, IoT, and Cloud technologies.
- Conduct strategic business process workshops and provide innovative IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales and service lines to identify growth opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Foster strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor in strategic conversations.
- Manage large, globally dispersed delivery teams and ensure successful program execution.
- Promote continuous improvement and transformation of delivery models, including GenAI-based service innovations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP, PMP, ITIL) preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 8-10 years in leading SAP transformation programs.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale SAP implementations and transformation programs.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Industry Best Practices and business process workshops.
- Knowledge of RPA, IoT, and Cloud technologies to drive SAP value.
- Ability to manage complex technical and operational issues.
- Proficiency in service management frameworks and platforms.
- Experience managing large P&Ls and working in matrixed environments.
- Exposure to GenAI-based service transformations.
