We’re looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to join a leading Oil & Gas company in Houston, TX (Onsite – 5 days a week).
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong SAP BTP, MM, SuccessFactors, and Plant Maintenance experience — and proven leadership in managing onshore/offshore teams.

🔧 Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SAP project delivery and support.
Act as a bridge between business and technical SAP teams.
Manage onsite, nearshore (Calgary), and offshore (Bangalore) coordination.
Ensure alignment with business goals and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement in SAP systems and processes.
Integrate SAP solutions with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
💡 Required Skills:
10+ years of SAP delivery and implementation experience.
Strong exposure to SAP BTP, SAP MM, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Plant Maintenance.
Experience in Oil & Gas or Energy domains preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP application development and integration.
✨ Nice to Have:
SAP S/4HANA migration exposure.
SAP Analytics and third-party integration experience.
Experience in SAP governance and best practices.
