Responsibilities:

• As an SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Lead, you will be responsible for hands on implementation and maintenance of SAP GRC solutions for a greenfield S4 HANA implementation for a retail client.
• Your primary focus will be on ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and security across SAP systems.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and optimize GRC processes, controls, and workflows.
• Additionally, you will assess and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, devising strategies to mitigate them.
• Your role will involve coordinating GRC audits, assisting with remediation efforts, and staying up-to-date with industry best practices and SAP GRC updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of GRC specialists to ensure effective GRC operations
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize SAP GRC solutions
• Complete Design for SoD, Emergency Access, User Access, Global GRC/Security Design
• Get Sign off from Business and complete the Build and Test for security/GRC accordingly to project timelines
• Complete Testing Activities (config updates, sec updates, etc.)
• System Customization
• Data Migration Protocol
• Infrastructure Quality Protocol
• Installation of Quality Protocol
• Organization Change Management Plan
• Monitor and evaluate of GRC controls, identifying areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and security standards
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
• Coordinate GRC audits, liaising with internal and external auditors as required
• Provide training and support to end-users to promote GRC awareness and best practices
• Stay informed about the latest SAP GRC developments and industry trends
• Participate in the development and maintenance of GRC documentation and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance GRC processes and efficiency
• Primarily Remote with occasional onsite meetings
