SAP is offering a 12-month full-time internship for the role of STAR Program Coordinator under the SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp). This hybrid role based in Newtown Square, PA, provides an opportunity to work alongside the STAR Program Manager to support the long-term development and success of undergraduate students through structured internship rotations, training sessions, and conversion pathways.

This hands-on opportunity allows the intern to engage across the full cycle of SAP's STAR Program—from recruitment and onboarding to planning impactful events and supporting student development. As part of a global team operating in over 14 countries, the STAR Program Coordinator will contribute to SAP’s mission of building the next generation of top talent by delivering a high-touch, impactful internship experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of STAR program participants.

• Coordinate training sessions, career development events, and community-building initiatives.

• Support STAR students in their rotations to ensure their success and skill development.

• Collaborate with the global STAR Program team and contribute to strategic improvements.

What You Bring:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within 6 months) from a degree program—preferably a Master’s in Business or related field.

• Passion for community development, employee engagement, or career enablement.

• Preferred experience with interviewing or evaluating internship/full-time candidates.

• Strong initiative, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset.

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
