1. PCS (Production Control & Scheduling)

· MBoM, Routing and Shop Floor Execution’s SAP Best Practice

· Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire.

· Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck)

c. Key Decision Documentation

d. Process Flows

e. Authorization and Security

f. Test planning (Standard and Custom objects)

g. Change Management

h. Reporting

· S/4 Experience

· A&D Experience

· Parameter Effectivity (integration to PLM and MES) - We will train, not mandatory

· Classification, MRP, Scheduling and Costing views of the Material Masters

· Work Centers, BoMs and Routings – Revision & ECM

· Production Order Lifecycle (Creation to Confirmation to Goods Receipt) incl. Collective Orders for MTS and MTO with WBS

· External Processing wit Subcontracting

· Production Order Kitting

· Goods Issues (batch managed) and Reversals for Production Order

· Rework and Production Order Splitting

· Availability Checking and Shortage reporting

· Integration with PLM systems

· Integration with MES systems

· Functional specification authoring
