Scrum Master

Description:

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a skilled Scrum Master on a contract basis to lead and coach high-performing teams in delivering projects and products aligned with business goals. The role requires strong expertise in Agile frameworks and ceremonies to foster continuous team learning and process adaptation.

The Scrum Master will guide planning, lead Agile ceremonies such as daily scrums and iteration reviews, and maintain product backlogs. They will remove obstacles blocking product development and help integrate changing customer needs into development processes. The role also involves managing product owners, ensuring compliance with Archer applications, and supporting special projects.

Prior financial experience is a plus, and familiarity with SAS software is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach teams to deliver quality products/projects aligned with business goals

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement of Agile processes

• Support product owners in prioritizing outcomes and trade-offs

• Remove development roadblocks and apply learnings to other projects

• Manage compliance and work with Archer applications

• Participate in special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Strong experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks

• Ability to manage product owners and compliance requirements

• Financial industry experience and SAS experience preferred

Working Hours:

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay rate: $76 - $81 per hour
