Description:
Razorfish is seeking a Paid Search Supervisor to lead day-to-day search operations, guide SEM strategies, and oversee junior team members within integrated client teams. This role requires deep expertise in paid search fundamentals, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The supervisor will mentor team members, shape strategic planning, manage budgets, and work closely with platforms and partners to innovate and elevate campaign performance.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in SEM.
Lead Search Managers and Coordinators in developing insights-driven, audience-focused paid search campaigns.
Manage and optimize campaign budgets to achieve performance targets.
Build forecasting models and analyze performance data to guide strategy.
Conduct risk management and quality assurance using RACI frameworks.
Identify opportunities for campaign enhancement using data-driven insights.
Prepare and present performance reports to clients and stakeholders.
Develop and present quarterly strategy and testing roadmaps.
Build strategic relationships with partner platforms; participate in product feedback sessions.
Collaborate with cross-department teams on integrated media planning.
Mentor junior team members and support onboarding processes.
Manage client-facing communication for day-to-day SEM program operations.
Participate in leadership development and internal training programs.
4–5 years of SEM experience with strong paid search strategy and execution skills.
Expertise in data analysis and interpreting large datasets for optimization.
Strong understanding of audience segmentation and user journey personalization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel), Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
Experience leveraging advanced technologies (LLMs, Python, automation tools) to improve workflows.
Strong client-service orientation and relationship-building skills.
In-depth knowledge of digital campaign measurement and optimization methodologies.
Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability.
BA/BS required; digital marketing certifications preferred.
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation in digital marketing.
Collaborative, supportive leadership style.
High adaptability to industry changes and emerging tools.
